An Antique Wedding Gift for the Bride & Groom - a Love Token - Dutch Marriage Spoon. These antique spoons were typical of the type, very flamboyant and highly decorated. They were given as gifts from the 17th Century onwards as love tokens in Holland and Germany. This spoon has London Import Hallmark for 1891. Lewis Silversmith London.
